Grandstream Networks has announced the addition of the UCM6200 series to their IP PBX appliances portfolio. The UCM6200 series features 3 models that are packed with enhanced Unified Communication features without requiring any licensing or recurring fees. The same industry-leading platform that was featured on the popular UCM6100 series, which continues to be improved monthly with more features and functionalities, is extended to and strengthened in the UCM6200 series. The UCM series’ platform offers comprehensive features to small-to-medium sized businesses including multi-level IVRs, auto-attendants, call recordings, call detail records (CDR), integrated conference bridges, SIP video support, multiple office peering, Google Calendar integration, WebRTC support and more.

Ideal for small to medium sized businesses, hospitality, retail, and healthcare settings, the UCM6200 series features 3 models that vary slightly based on FXO ports, number of users supported and concurrent calls supported. The UCM6202 includes 2 FXO ports and supports up to 500 users and 30 concurrent calls while the UCM6204 includes 4 FXO ports and supports 500 users and 45 concurrent calls. For those looking for a more powerful model, the UCM6208 includes 8 FXO ports and supports 800 users and 100 concurrent calls.

UCM6208 features include:

  • 8 FXO ports, 2 FXS ports, 2 Gigabit network ports supporting switched or router mode
  • 6 conference bridges that each support up to 32 attendees
  • Up to 800 registered SIP devices
  • 100 concurrent VoIP calls
  • Built-in DHCP server
