Info360 Offers Users of Grandstream’s UCM IP PBXs to track all calling habits and costs

Grandstream have announced that their UCM series of IP PBX units is now interoperable with Informatec’s Info360 Call Accounting software. Info360 from Informatec is high performance call accounting software that allows users to track calling usage and habits to identify spending, additional communication needs – and to create a record of all incoming and outgoing calls. Informatec, based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, offers complete call accounting systems for PABXs as well as voice and fax systems.

Info360 can be integrated directly with UCM series IP PBXs and offers a wide variety of great features that allow users to easily track and create a record for all incoming and outgoing calls. This powerful software operates automatically, generates reports automatically and is accessed from a variety of web browsers. It offers comprehensive reports and configurable filters, automatic security monitoring, the ability to compare telephony costs between different providers and supports integration with multiple sites.

Grandstream’s award-winning UCM series of IP PBXs offers users the ability to build integrated voice, video, data and mobility networks that feature enterprise-grade features while being easy-to-manage and not requiring any licensing fees, ever. The UCM series is made up of the UCM6200 series, which supports 500 or 800 users, and the UCM6510, which supports up to 2000 users and supports E1/T1/J1 networks.
