Grandstream GXP IP Phones Added To Elastix Education Centers worldwide; New color display, Gigabit GXP21xx IP Phones Certified with Elastix Unified Communications Solutions

Elastix has announced that Grandstream Networks has been named the official IP Phone sponsor of Elastix Training Centers worldwide. Grandstream sponsorship for Elastix training centers has now expanded to include three product categories: IP Phones, VoIP Gateways and IP Multimedia Phones. In related news, Grandstream announced that new color-screen, Gigabit GXP2130, GXP2140, and GXP2160 series IP Phones are now certified with PaloSanto’s unified communications solutions.

Grandstream products to be used for hands-on channel education and equipped in the training centers include a host of with GXP IP Phones, ranging from the 1-line GXP1165 to the 2-line GXP1450 to the 6-line GXP2160 as well as the Skype-certified GXV3140 IP Multimedia Phone and GXW4104 FXO Gateways.

Certification between Grandstream and Elastix solutions ensure greater compatibility and security to users when making a purchase decision. These new GXP IP phones have been added to Elastix’s Endpoint Configurator (EC) for Elastix version 2.4 for fast and easy configuration.

Grandstream GXP IP Phones recently certified include:

  • GXP2130: 3 line HD IP phone with 3 SIP accounts, 2.8” color LCD, dual Gigabit network ports with integrated PoE, 4-way voice conferencing, 8 fast-dial/BLF keys, and support for EHS (Electronic Hook Switch) with Plantronics headsets
  • GXP2140: 4-line HD Ip phones with large color 4.3” LCD display, Gigabit network ports with PoE, integrated Bluetooth, USB and 4 SIP account
  • GXP2160: 6-line HD IP phone with 6 SIP accounts, large 4.3” color LCD display, Gigabit network ports with PoE, integrated Bluetooth, USB and 24 programmable BLF extension keys
