Sangoma Vega Series firmware version R9.0 introduces session border controller functionality with media transcoding features, allowing for SIP to SIP mediation. This is in addition to existing capabilities to perform TDM to SIP and TDM to TDM calls for redundancy, making the Vega series one the most flexible VoIP gateway platform on the market.
