Yealink’s new End Point Pack V4 phone software features multiple upgrades and user benefits
Yealink has announced that its T4 and T2 series of IP phone series are partner certified with Metaswitch MetaSphere Call Feature Server (CFS V9.0). In addition, Yealink has released and validated a new software package, the End Point Pack V4, which enables zero-touch phone provisioning using Metaswitch’s SIP Provisioning Server.
To satisfy diverse customer needs and usage scenarios, Yealink offers Metaswitch service providers a wide range of products, including the following models: SIP-T48G, SIP-T46G, SIP-T42G, SIP-T41P, SIP-T23G, SIP-T21P E2 and wireless DECT W52P. Yealink’s award-winning T4 series of ultra-elegant IP phones are characterized by gracefully industrial design, high performance, rich features and user friendliness. The T23G and the T21P E2 are enterprise-grade phone models that combine high quality, ease of use and cost efficiency. They are particularly well suited for small businesses. The cordless DECT phone W52P meets customers’ mobility needs and ensures smooth and efficient communication.
Providing more than high quality endpoints, Yealink’s End Point Pack V4 enables the IP phones to smoothly integrate with the Metaswitch platform, and brings multiple features that extend the benefits of Metaswitch and improve business customers’ communication efficiency and productivity.
The software upgrade includes more flexible configurations and an improved UI design. Moreover, Yealink endpoints can be deployed on the Metaswitch’s MetaView SIP Provisioning Server and CommPortal Phone Configurator using the Endpoint Pack provisioning method, which provides maximum service quality.
